THE Abingdon League is in danger of folding unless volunteers step forward to fill the gaps on the committee.
The warning comes from retiring committee man Scott Humphries.
He said: “We need to have people with appropriate skills to come to the aid of the league – or it will have to fold. It doesn’t run itself.”
Those interested in helping should contact Humphries (tel 07557 647465).
- The Oxford & District Summer League's annual meeting takes place at the Gladiators Club, Iffley Road next Monday at 8pm.
