OXFORDSHIRE won on four rinks as they beat Bucks 118-109 in a friendly at Iver Heath.
Their biggest victory came from skip Alan Ley’s rink who triumphed by 14 shots.
In skip Mick Morris’s match, Oxon picked up 11 shots on the 15th and 16th ends, having dropped a six on the eighth.
Oxon awarded a colts badge to Carterton’s George Strachan.

RON and Maggie Painting won Blackbird Leys BC’s classic open pairs competition.
In the final, they defeated Bob Spencer and James Baldwin.
