BERINSFIELD Club started their Oxford & District Summer League campaign in style with a 6-0 home victory over Gladiators Club.
John Boal won his opening leg and was supported with double successes from Phil McFarland (3,830 & 6,750) and Geoff Mace (9,360 & 6,750).
Boal played brilliantly in his second game scoring 11,170, including a break of 10,600.
Bletchingdon Club drew 3-3 at home against Donnington Club.
Pete Soanes (8,950) beat Dave Tooke with the break, but in the return match, Tooke gained revenge to beat Soanes with 9,130.
