PETE Clarke made it back-to-back wins in the third round of Littlemore Angling Club’s Spring League at Oakfield Fisheries.
Fishing the pole shallow at 14.5m, Clarke caught 14 cruising carp for a winning weight of 44lbs 11oz 0drms.
Stuart Yates, who reeled in ten carp and also fished shallow on red maggot, came second with 42.11.0, but several lost fish cost him the match.
Brian Hutchings opted for banded pellet on the pole up in the water and was third with 40.02.0.
