City of Oxford swimmers at development gala
City of Oxford’s youngsters shone at a junior development gala for eight-to-16-year-olds at the Leys Pool and Leisure Centre.
Lily Brabbin, nine, swam the fastest time in her age group in all four of her races, smashing her personal best in three of them.
Ayanna Fulga achieved a similar clean sweep among the ten-year-olds, Among the boys, Diego Bravo, 11, showed himself a force to be reckoned with.
He was fastest in his age category in the 200m individual medley (IM), 50m freestyle and 100m breaststroke events.
