Oxfordshire's Under 14 boys will travel to Nottingham this weekend to compete in the AEGON County Cup.
It is the first time an Oxon team has qualified through the regional event to reach the national finals.
They have been drawn against Middlesex, Yorkshire and Warwickshire.
Bicester maintained their 100 per cent record after an 8-4 victory over North Oxford in the AEGON Team Tennis men's competition.
They stay ahead of Woodstock on sets won, with the teams scheduled to meet in the penultimate round on June 7.
