It was a normal day for Paolo Di Canio yesterday – another touchline ban and another dig at Oxford United.
The Swindon boss has been handed a two-game ban for his third dismissal of the season.
And he then claimed that striker Mehdi Kerrouche will make no impact at Oxford during his month on loan.
“Mehdi is a good player, but I don’t see how much difference he can make for Oxford in one month,” he added.
“I don’t mind if they become strong because we are a much better side than them – we are 1,000 miles ahead of them.
“Even when we were struggling at the start of the season, the game against them should have finished 8-2 to us, but it was 2-1 to them.”

Everyone entitled to their opinions of PDC - I won't comment too much on your manager or call him names - only to say he appears to be sometimes getting the results but cannot seem to find the right combination up front yet - you have had or have used more strikers than a full box of Swan Vestas to date.
Our loan to you lot may be the catalyst, and if you are willing to pay ten of thousands to take him off of our hands fine, or do we take him back and sell him on to a club with the readies.
Now here's a thought, if JC continues to fire blanks but MK comes in and sets your team alight - would you lot sell JC to pay for MK (not to us by the way please), only I can't quite work out why JC is rated so much, well on this seasons form anyway.

I've no doubt a lot of the fan websites are monitored by the police so my advice is to keep that stuff to yourselves and off a public forum.
The atmosphere at the game will be white hot and no doubt there'll be lads on both sides wanting a row, personally I'm more interested in the score.
PDC is a funny old character isn't he? Reading between the lines I'd say that he's getting a little obsessed with Oxford, understandable I suppose after Constable's rejection of his offer and their home defeat earlier this year.
Like it or lump it, PDC has done a good job for the red noses. They are playing very well at present and have got that knack of scoring at the right times. We, on the other hand, are floundering a bit and need a few good performances and results going into the derby. The next 4 months will be the making or breaking of Wilder's reign at Oxford. I'm not a fan of his to be honest, but a playoff spot should see him safe for another year.

Sindon will start as favourites on march 3rd, not coz of being a bigger club (they're not), nor coz of having a better manager (they don't), but because of having a much bigger budget, bigger squad, less injuries, and better form.

But the games won on the day, and until that day, there's nothing your lot can do or say, we are still reigning derby champions.

Add to that a very impressive stack of home games in the run in, add to that a bigger and better squad, and as we all said, you can have Kerrouche because you will need him to keep you in your present position, treading water.

All this talk about fighting is pathetic, its a football match.... Di canio is loved by the town so of course he will be hated by you guys, especialy when we are doing well. We have enough quality to go up but I think Pox will make the playoffs....
Saying that I think there will be a lot of people travelling without tickets.
