CHARLIE Driver impressively clinched gold at the Hampshire Under 17 Silver tournament in Winchester.
The Oxfordshire junior, who still has another season in the age group, beat Archie Butt from Wales 19-17, 12-15, 15-12 in the final.
Adam Burden was also in the medals, claiming silver in the boys doubles at the Webber Under 15 Silver tournament in Milton Keynes.
Partnering Berkshire’s Harvey Zhang, he was beaten 15-12, 15-4 in the final by cousins Nithin Santhosh and Prabav Santhosh.
Three Oxfordshire players also won medals at the Middlesex Under 15 Bronze tournament in Southall.
Jason Ou, Rebecca Norkett and Alice Kibble collected bronzes in the doubles events.
Meanwhile, a combined Oxfordshire under 16/18 team recorded a 14-6 victory over Hertfordshire in a friendly at St Helen and St Katharine School, Abingdon.
Ellie Richmond and Catherine Cousins led the way for the home side, winning all of their games.
Ethan Lau, Harry Needell, Andrew Norkett, Josh Peverall, Ellie Richmond, Catherine Cousins, Hannah Hayes and Sara Hamid also represented the county.
