MOTORSPORT: More woe for Jason Plato at Donington Park
THERE was no joy for Oxford driver Jason Plato in the second round of the British Touring Car Championship at Donington Park over the Easter weekend.
The 49-year-old twice former champion, driving a Subaru Levorg GT, had to drop out on lap 13 of the first race.
Plato at least finished the second race, well down in 20th place.
In the third race, he improved a little to 16th spot.
After two rounds, Plato stands 23rd in the standings.
