Kidlington Youth Rangers edged out Horspath Youth in an exciting Final at Abingdon Town's Ground.

Horspath had the better of the opening exchanges but Kidlington opened the scoring when Raphael Rice tapped the ball home from close range. Kidlington extended their lead halfway through the first half when Will Newcombe shot from close range following a corner. Raphael Rice made it 3-0 to Kidlington just before half time when he stuck an unstoppable shot from just inside the area.

Horspath went all out in the second half to rescue the game but found the Kidlington defence in terrific form. Horspath pulled a goal back with six minutes to go but it was to prove too little too late as Kidlington held on to win a second successive cup final.
