3. General Secretary
a. Teams withdrawn: Quarry U9 Blue, Greater Leys U9 Yellow, Grove U11, Radley U12A, Harwell & Hendred U13B, Wheatley U13B, Saxton Rovers U13B, Hanney U13B, Crowmarsh U13 & U15, Barton Rovers U14C, Botley U15C, Kennington U15A. Refer all to Discipline Committee.
b. Reminder that some new rules were passed at the AGM-please take note of them.
c. Letter from Oxford United thanking the League for our donation to their Youth Department.

5. Fixtures Secretary
a. Smaller leagues this season which should help with any fixture congestion. U13D league to play each x3
b. Fixtures prepared for U7 & U8 teams. Unplayed fixtures then it’s down to the clubs concerned to sort out. League will not collect or publish the results (FA rule).
c. Offers from Didcot Town and Wantage Town to host this season’s KO Cup Finals. Paul to contact.
d. Possibility of Oxford United hosting one of the KO Cup Finals. Paul to contact.
6. Referees Secretary
Approx. 50 on list but not all available every week. Good number of young referees who will be put on the younger age group games for experience. They are still learning and will make a few mistakes so it’s important that clubs make sure they are not abused by managers and spectators. Of course this applies to all referees regardless of their experience.
7. Registrations Secretary No report
8. Rep. Teams Coordinator
a. Trial dates for each age group set up.
b. No League this season. All games will be friendlies- one match/month. One day tournaments for U9 & U10. Matches will be against Reading, North Wilts, Berks., & others.
c. Permission sought from Committee for one or more Rep. Teams to go on tour Easter 2010. Committee have no objection but will not provide any financial assistance.
d. Replacement balls, first aid kits and team kits needed. Paul to deal with.
9. A.O.B.
a. Oxford mail have promised that new web site will be up and running in time for start of season. Each club will be given their own user name and password. Clubs can then distribute these as they wish but are reminded that they will be responsible for all content uploaded under their user name/password.Mary to email these out to Club Secretaries.
b. Chairman & General Secretary to meet with Oxford Mail to discuss this season’s sponsorship.
