Headington visited Chalgrove today and the crowd were treated to a thrilling game. Chalgrove took an 11th minute lead through Joe Croxford, only for Kyrae Cooper to equalise on 18 mins, then Kyrae scored again to give Headington a 2-1 half time lead.

The second half saw Headington extend their lead when Brandon Boaden crossed from the left for Liam Costar to fire home on 33 mins, 4 mins later Kyrae Cooper completed a hat trick for 4-1 to Headington. Chalgrove came to life and got to 4-2 on 39 mins, Joe Croxford with his second, it was 4-3 on 41 mins as Joe Croxford bagged the second hat trick of the match. Thomas Johnston in the Headington goal produced save of the match to keep Chalgrove at bay, then Alfie Wakefield slid in to clear off the line on 46 mins, finally Headington's resistance was breached in stoppage time by Luke Davis for 4-4. A great fair result in a very even match.
