1st Match First match of the season got off to a cracking start with Jack Cross scoring early on for the Challengers. Archie Brew scored the second goal after approx five minutes. Archie Brew then set up the third goal for Sam Cheshire ten minutes later. Grove finished the first half 3-0.

Grove continued to dominate the second half, kicking off with Jack Cross scoring his second goal of the match taking Grove’s lead to 5-0, closely followed by Archie Brew’s second goal five minutes later. The match finished with Oliver Butterworth setting up a fantastic goal by Sam Cheshire leaving Grove the clear winners 6-0.

2nd Match With the rain holding off Grove managed to continue their winning streak with Thomas Smith scoring early on and James Stock scoring the second goal shortly afterwards. Grove defended well finishing the second game 3-1 with Hinksey scoring an own goal
