OXFORD City Stars’ mascot Comet will be in the city centre tomorrow as part of a ticket treasure hunt ahead of Sunday's big home game.

The giant polar bear will be joined by players and directors of the ice hockey club at lunchtime.

The treasure hunt invites fans to search for tickets for Stars’ league game against Slough Jets the following day.

They will be visiting iconic Oxford landmarks as part of a tour of the city to promote the club.

To win a pair of tickets, fans need to find them and tweet a photo with Comet.

Director Greig Box Turnbull said: "It is a great way to get out in the heart of Oxford and connect with the community and spread the message.

"It is a bit of fun, but an important engagement exercise in our great city we are proud to represent.

"We have got a big home game on Sunday and it would be great to see as many people as possible come along and get behind the team."
