CZECH forward Jaroslav Cesky is one of three players to sign for Oxford City Stars from Wightlink Raiders.
They became available after Raiders were forced to disband following the closure of their rink in Ryde.
Brendan Baird and Ben Paynter have also put pen to paper, but Cesky, who has played in the UK for seven years, is the best known.
Stars head coach Simon Anderson said: “I’m delighted to capture someone of Jaro’s experience for our young group.
“He is a consummate professional and speaking to him and guys that have played with him, he is a real team-first guy, which is what makes us the side we are.
“I believe that Jaro will make us stronger and look forward to seeing him in a Stars jersey.”
Cesky was unveiled on the same day Stars announced the departure of Ondrej Pekarik.
