OxfordD Ladies never recovered from a disastrous first-half as they lost 4-1 at home to Spencer in South Clubs League Division 2.
Spencer raced into a 3-0 lead with goals from a short corner, a deflection and a controversial penalty flick and added a fourth before the break The second half was a different story, with Oxford replying through Catherine Reaney following good play by Annabelle Denley and Rachael Lammey.
But they could not score again.
Oxford 2nd keeper Phil Swindell saved a penalty as they drew 2-2 with Oxford Hawks 3rd in the Trysports Three-Counties League.
Lara Wilkinson and Lucy Denly netted for Oxford, with Laura Marshall and Olivia Strick replying for Hawks.
Injury-hit Bicester went down 4-1 at Sonning.
After taking an early lead through Abi Stevens, two Bicester players were forced to leave the field.
Their hosts scored two goals in each half to secure victory.
In a friendly, Oxford Hawks lost 2-1 at Cambridge City.
After Cambridge took the lead with a deflected goal, Katie Hewitt equalised following a one-two with Jo Tolson.
Cambridge scored the winning goal in the second half.
