Witney won 2-0 away to mid-table rivals PHC Chiswick in South Clubs Women's League Division 3A.
Karen Easterbrook opened the scoring, thanks to a skilful assist from Joy Mangazi, and Witney’s player-of-the-match Gabbi Evans made sure of the points.
Eastcote were too good for Oxford 2nd, winning 3-0. Donna Lancaster was the visitors’ player-of-the-match.
Bicester made hard work of seeing off mid-table Henley 2nd 3-2 in Premier 2, all the goals coming in the second half.
A deflected Gina Girvan shot gave Bicester the lead and Charlie Humphreys made it 2-0, but Henley responded with two goals to square it up.
Jan Southam grabbed Bicester’s winner to set up next week’s top-of-the-table clash with leaders South Bucks.
Oxford Hawks went down 4-0 at home to National League Conference West leaders Buckingham in a friendly at Banbury Road North.
Evelyn Hargraves made some excellent saves, but Hawks still finished the first half 3-0 down and the visitors added a fourth after the break.
Laura Skinner bagged a hat-trick and Shelley Hopper two as Kidlington saw off Wycombe 4th 5-1 to stay joint top with Milton Keynes 3rd in Trysports Division 2.
