Oxford Hawks came away with a point from a goalless draw after a superb home performance against Bristol Firebrands in Investec Conference West.

Hawks produced all over the pitch, but could not manage to find the all important goal, thanks to some exceptional defending and goalkeeping from the visitors.

Becky Odlin came close midway through the first half, but was denied by the away keeper.

Hawks continued to dominate possession, with Caro Harris’ distribution earning her a well deserved player of the match award.
