EDDIE Pepperell finished tied for 23rd at the HNA Open de France yesterday.
The 26-year-old, from Abingdon, finished on two-under-par for the tournament held at Le Golf National course, near Paris, after a final-round 69.
Pepperell, who began the day level par after three successive rounds of 71, birdied the first and ninth holes to shoot a two-under-par 34 on the front nine.
The Frilford Heath member dropped a shot at the par-four 12th,
But responded with a birdie at the 15th to finish on an overall score of 282, ten behind winner Tommy Fleetwood.
