MITCHELL Green and Jamie Burns salvaged a draw for defending Section 1 champions Frilford Heath in their Core Golf Oxfordshire Foursomes League trip to Burford.
After the opening match was halved, John Lally and Rich Connor put the hosts in front with a 4 & 2 success against Dean Newbold and Pete Clements.
But Green and Burns hit back to beat Jon Wilks and Simon Ackland 3 & 1to ensure the points were shared.
Ellesborough went top with a 2-1 victory at Oxford City.
