ROBBIE Nicholson and Michael Tippett combined to claim a rare albatross at North Oxford.
The pair were competing in a four-man team in the club’s Joint Captains’ Charity Day, played as a Florida Scramble.
Reaching the 507-yard, par five 15th, Nicholson’s drive put them in a good position.
And Tippett holed his 220-yard approach with a four iron to spark celebrations.
The team, which was completed by Jake East and Jonathan Clements, went on to win the competition.
North Oxford’s Lee Jackson has qualified for the National PGA Professional Championship at Burnham & Berrow, Somerset, next month.
He shot 72 at Lambourne for joint fifth place, alongside Frilford Heath’s Tom Fleming.
