Eddie Pepperell
OXFORDSHIRE’S Eddie Pepperell will need to play well to make the cut at the Alfred Dunhill Championship today.
The 22-year-old, from Abingdon, required an eagle three at the 18th hole to shoot a two-over-par opening round of 74 at Leopard Creek in Malelane, South Africa.
Pepperell began with a birdie, but fired three double bogeys during a disappointing round to lie joint 95th.
