ZAYN Khan scored a hat-trick as Cumnor Minors beat Cholsey Bluebirds 3-1 to book their place in the Oxford Mail Youth League Under 14 KO Trophy final, writes PAUL LYON.

They had to do it the hard way after Finbarr Sheedy put Bluebirds ahead.

But Cumnor secured victory, thanks to Khan’s exploits.

Carterton reached the KO Cup final with a 7-0 win over Summertown Stars Wanderers.

Kyle Chester and Daniel Lovick bagged braces, with Jacob Moir, Ryan Jones and Regan Pritchard also on target.

In the A League, Charlie Howlett’s four-timer helped Bardwell beat Abingdon Youth Green 4-2. Louie Fletcher and Kian Durkin replied.

Freddie Copping’s hat-trick and a Harry Warmington strike steered Didcot Casuals to a 4-1 win over Abingdon United, for whom Josh Scott scored.

In the B League, Oliver Tyler’s four goals earned Didcot Town Youth Red a 4-1 victory against Crowmarsh Youth. Yannick Grogan scored for Crowmarsh.

Bradley Morton (2), Shane Harte and Benjamin Mugana netted for Oxford City Blue as they beat Faringdon Town 4-1. Owen Gaynor replied.

Riley Weston’s double proved in vain as Tower Hill lost 3-2 to Tower Hill Stars in the semi-finals of the Under 13 KO Cup. Ollie Blanche, Oliver Traynor and Kevin Opare-Saforo struck for the victors.

They will meet Kingston Colts Blues in the final after they beat Didcot Town Red 4-1, thanks to goals from Fraser Allen, Lewis Jacks, Joshua Wilkins and Callum McKno. Jay-Jay Hedges scored for Didcot.

A Kyle Moores brace helped Wantage Town progress to the KO Trophy final with a 2-0 win against Goring Robins.

Abingdon Youth Yellows will be their opponents following a 2-1 win over Crowmarsh Youth Saints.

Alfie Willoughby and Eugene Beard scored Abingdon’s goals, with Harry Soffe replying.

In the Winter/Spring C League, Ethan Barresi’s treble and a Garrincha Da Costa effort saw Oxford Irish beat Quarry Rovers Hammers 4-0.

Oliver Webb and David Alder hit hat-tricks to earn Stanford in the Vale a 6-1 victory over Cumnor Minors, for whom Michael Tyrrell was on target, in the D League.

Kennington Athletic Yellow beat Didcot Town Youth 4-1 in the Under 12 Winter/Spring A League.

Strikes from Ellis Walker (2), Louis Warmington, as well as an own goal, earned them victory, with McKenzie Hedges replying.

Joshua Clarke cancelled out Joe Smart’s opener as Oxford Football Development earned a 1-1 draw with Abingdon Town.

In the C League, Arthur Strong’s brace steered Goring Robins Spitfires to a 2-1 win over Hendred Youth, for whom Max Own netted.

Tyler Wilson, Thomas Brown and Jack Speckels hit the target as Didcot Casuals beat Wantage Town 3-2 in the E League. Elliot Kamm and Brandon Nilen scored for Wantage.

Jack Massey’s brace helped steer Abingdon Youth to a 4-0 victory over Summertown Stars Whites in the Under 15 A League.

Koby Reynolds and Louis Davies were also on target.

Ryley Saunders netted for Didcot Town Youth Red during their 1-1 B League draw at home to Thatcham Town Harriers Storm.

In the C League, Alexander Raven and Thomas Miller netted as Tower Hill beat Didcot Town Youth Whites, for whom Daniel Sutton scored, 2-1.

Reggie Gesner, Freddie Faulkner, Joseph Powell, Charles Garwood, Jack Chapman and Connor Cook fired Cholsey Bluebirds to a 6-1 victory over South Park Rangers. Jordan Hart replied.

Daniel Digges (2), Louis Palfrey and Casey Highmoor fired Kennington Athletic Green to a 4-0 win against Kidlington Youth Green in the KO Cup.

Faringdon Town also advanced after beating Westwood Wanderers 3-1.

Joseph Kemp, Matthew Parker and Matthew Slevin were on the scoresheet for the victors.

Liam Carter hit a hat-trick as Carterton Town earned a 9-1 win at home to CSA 07 Youth Dynamos in the Under 16 D League.

Euan Tyrrell, Tyler Webster and Tom Gray netted braces for the hosts, while Josh Hilborn West scored the visitors’ consolation.
