They led 2-0 at half-time, thanks to goals from Bethany Chapman and Prescott-Luke.
Prescott-Luke added two more after the break to complete her treble, before further goals from Cheyenne Flynn and Lauryn Cripps (2) completed the scoring.
A goal from Esme Khosla secured Wantage a 1-0 win at home to Kidlington.
