TOWER Hill finished strongly to reach the Oxfordshire FA Under 15/16 County Cup final with a 6-3 win against Oxford City after extra time.

The Under 15 sides were locked together at 3-3 at the end of normal time, before hosts Tower found an extra gear.

Isabelle Henthorn, Holly Wilkinson and Ellie Smart claimed two goals apiece.

The club’s under 16 side also had a convincing win, running out 4-0 winners in the Oxford Mail Girls League at Wantage Town.

Phoebe Warner bagged a double, along with goals from Mollie Farr and Ciera Harris.

Eva Seijido’s strike was in vain as Wantage lost 2-1 at Swindon Spitfires in an under 14 fixture where all the goals were scored in the opening ten minutes.

Damini Bhagat scored a four-timer in Oxford City’s 8-1 win against visitors Carterton in the Under 13 Red League.

Jess Styles (2), Millie Collier and Ella Littlewood completed the scoring for the hosts, while Lauren Warnes netted Carterton’s consolation.

Goals from Sofia Mori and Heather Ross gave Summertown Stars a 2-1 win against Tower Hill, for whom Sophie Iddon replied.

Sofia Garrard bagged a hat-trick in Quarry Rovers’ 8-0 Blue League home win against Kidlington.

Amy Gillett added a double, along with goals from Sofia Deno, Tia-Mai Herbert and Shola Enwonwu.

Under 12 Blue League leaders Kidlington marched on with a 6-0 success at Crowmarsh.

Grace Barrett netted a treble alongside two from Jessica Matthews and one from Holly Baker.

Abingdon claimed their second point of the season with a 2-2 draw at Charlbury.

Maddison Thomas and Ruby Higgs scored for the visitors, while Isabela AshtonRickardt and Elizabeth Ledgard-Hoile were on target for Charlbury.

Anna Hamerow hit four in the meeting of the two Summertown Stars sides in the Red League.

Her haul gave the Red team a 4-2 win against the White side, for whom Olivia Pettigrew and Leschea Guiste were on target.
