TRIUMPHANT Radley Youth celebrated victory in the final of the Oxford Mail Youth League Under 12 Knockout Shield with a 2-1 victory over Bardwell, writes PAUL LYON.

Oliver Druce and Harry Haynes struck the decisive goals which saw them crowned in a tense final.

And although Alberto di Silva replied for Bardwell, Radley were able to hang on for victory.

Kennington Athletic Green booked their place in the semi-final of the Knockout Cup with a 2-0 win at home to Abingdon Youth Green.

Daniel Digges and Louis Palfrey scored to send the home side through.

In the A League, Kai Pape hit a superb hat-trick as hosts Oxford City beat Didcot Casuals Blue 3-0.

Harvey Bell struck the only goal as Hanney Youth beat Garden City 1-0 at home in the D League.

Jephetson Odju scored five goals, but still found himself on the losing side as his Horspath Youth side were beaten 8-6 at home to Crowmarsh Youth Ravens in the E League.

Cian Griffin also scored for Horspath, but a hat-trick from Dylan Shaw, goals from Max Blansjaar, Kelan Morris, Archie Coupar and Lucas Dekker, plus an own goal, gave Ravens victory.

Quarry Rovers TNT drew 3-3 at home to Summertown Cobras in a thrilling Under 13 A League clash.

Jake Carter hit a hat-trick for TNT, but a Tom Bradley brace and Matthew Maudsley’s goal ensured the visitors took a point.

Mohammed Nisar bagged a B League brace as Quarry Blast won 4-0 at St Edmunds.

Tommy Bleakley and Daniel Owen bagged hat-tricks as Summertown Eagles won 8-0 at Marston Saints.

Laurie Cooke’s brace completed the scoring.

Andi Volca and Egis Mata also scored to ensure Blast got their Spring campaign off to a winning start.

Thame Colts gained their first D League points of the campaign with a 5-3 victory over Summertown Tigers.

An Adam Darch hat-trick and a double from Scott Hazel won it, while Tigers replied through Jon WeeksPearson and a Ewan Gifford strike.

Crowmarsh Youth and Didcot Town Red shared the Under 11 A League points with a close 1-1 draw.

Woody Gration-Symons found the target for Crowmarsh and John Reed scored for Town.

Callum Barr and Will Durham goals gave Cumnor Minors a 2-1 win at Chalgrove Cavaliers in the B League.

George Cox replied for the hosts, but they couldn’t find an equaliser.

Jonny Hall hit a hat-trick as Stanford Youth won 4-3 at home to Littlemore Youth in the E League.

Finn Johnson also netted for Stanford, with Adam White, Toby Ludbrook and Kieran Hayman replying.

  • A LAST-minute equaliser from Jamie McGlashen earned Crowmarsh Youth a 2-2 draw at Under 14 C League leaders Wheatley.

Goals from Harry Cudd and Joel Taylor had put Wheatley in front after Zac Jones’s opener for the visitors.

But in the final minute McGlashen struck to earn Crowmarsh a point.

Cumnor Minors progressed to the quarter-finals of the Knockout Cup with a 4-1 win at Oxford City.

Nathan Collins (2), Will Gordon-Roach and Ben Cruttendon got Cumnor’s goals, with Morgan Brown replying for City.

Callum Rolfe grabbed a hat-trick as Kidlington Youth won their third round game at Ardley United 6-1.

Jack Ahier, Aaron Jutti and Luca Sykes also scored, with Ashley Thompson netting Ardley’s consolation.

In the Under 15 Knockout Cup third round, two goals from Declan O’Hanlon and a Samuel Davies strike gave Abingdon Youth a 3-1 victory at Cumnor Minors.

Dominic Taylor scored for Cumnor.

North Leigh are also through following a 6-3 home win over Marston Saints.

A brace from Zak Farrow and goals from Jake Denton, Finlay Heritage, Taylor Southam and Brendan Neale were enough for the hosts.
