Leaders Oxford City continued their very impressive first season in the Oxford Mail Girls League with a comprehensive 5-0 Under 11 victory over Carterton Town.

The hosts started on the front foot and took the lead through a Millie Collier strike.

This advantage was doubled shortly afterwards with the goal of the game which saw a great team passing move finished off by the hard working Jasmin Nassar.

Just before half time City made it 3-0 with Molly Jones grabbing her 23rd goal of the campaign.

The second half saw all the City girls have a run out and two further goals followed with Collier neatly flicking in from a corner and skipper Ella Littlewood complete the scoring late on.

Tower Hill Vixens hammered Rotherfield 5-1 thanks in a large part to a hat-trick from Georgia Smith.

Emma Bartlett, with the opening goal, and Charmaine Leach got the others while Sophie Attfield replied for the hosts.

Kidlington Harriers were on the wrong end of a 5-0 scoreline in the Under 12 league clash at Swindon Spitifires who netted via Chloe Neate (2), Aimee Prinzi, Genevieve Bayliss and Shannon King.

Miriam Pritchard hit six goals as Oxford City trounced Highworth 14-1 in the under 15 league.

City were 3-0 up inside eight minutes through a double from Lauren Page and an excellent strike from Lily Hernandez. They then added another five goals before the break through Shelley Knight, Pritchard (3) and a second from Hernandez.

City banged in another two within three minutes of the restart with Ellie Larkin and Lucy Hunter making it 10-0.

Highworth replied through Charlotte Weisenger but Pritchard grabbed three more, plus another for Page to complete her hat-trick.
