Declan O’Brien’s hat-trick helped Bampton Town Youth win 4-0 at home to Grendon Rangers in the Under 10 Red League.

O’Brien bundled in Bampton’s opener, before doubling their lead with a cool finish.

Tahir Alam curled in a fine third goal after the break, and O’Brien completed his treble with a header from a corner.

Eynsham Youth won 4-1 at Banbury Irish in the White League.

The visitors took the lead when Harry Harraway burst forward before firing through the Banbury keeper’s legs.

Dan Baldwin levelled for Banbury, but Eynsham restored their lead when Jacob Moir fired a Harraway pass in off a post.

Billy Buchanan slid in No 3, and Eynsham wrapped it up after the break when a Harraway corner clipped the head of a Banbury defender before flying in.

Highfield Juniors came from behind to win 3-1 against Bampton Town Youth in an Under 11 Green League match switched to their pitch.

The visitors took the lead 30 seconds into the second half when Simon Porter’s powerful free-kick flew into the net.

However, three unanswered long-range goals from Samuel Pearce, Tom Tyack and Matthew Innes completed Highfield’s turnaround.
