FOOTBALL: Harri's late leveller denies Carterton

James Harri fired the equaliser to spare the blushes of Witney & District FA Premier Division leaders Chipping Norton Town as they came back from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Carterton, writes Anthony Barlow.
Chris McNeil and Mike Bolt gave the visitors the advantage, only for Andrew McCabe to claw one back before Harri grabbed a share of the spoils.
Dan Smith bagged a brace for Hanborough in their 3-2 victory at Ducklington.
Mark Stinchcombe was their other scorer, with Ryan Colleton and Damien Collet on target for Ducklington.
Frank Clarke, Charlie Waite and Jonno Reeves netted for Spartan Rangers in a 3-0 success at North Leigh A.
A double from Jamie Kennedy helped Witney Royals come back from 3-2 down at half-time to win 5-3 at home to Charlbury Town.
Tom Kempster, Luke Chadwick and Will Graham completed their tally, with Sean Gilbert (2) and Mark Goode finding the net for Charlbury.
Stanton Harcourt kept up their tremendous start in Division 1 with a 5-0 thrashing of FC Nomads.
Martin Cripps, Jake Woodcock, George Woodcock, Mark Cornish and Tom Bellington made up the visitors’ nap hand.
Ben Sunblad’s brace gave Aston a 2-0 home win over Chadlington.
Brize Norton got off the mark with a 4-1 home win against Hanborough Res.
Sean Rawlings, Ged Morgan, Dan King and Andrew Collins netted, with Ryan Sollis replying from the spot.
FC Mills crashed to a 4-0 defeat at Minster Lovell, with Nathan Bowles, Scott Thompson, Ed Dunn and Steven Burke doing the damage.
Kingham strolled to a 5-1 home win over Freeland A.
Darrell Middleton, Ian Widdows, Dom Hemmings, Dan Davies and Dan Fudge netted, with Ady Williams replying.
Eynsham Sports & Social Club took over at the top of Division 2 with a 2-1 win against Witney Royals Res.
Max Leach and John Ayres netted, with Loyd Edwards Royals’ lone marksman. Combe went down 3-1 at home to Ducklington Res.
Jamie Fisher scored for Combe, but goals from Ryan John, Dave Baker and an Ian Luckett penalty ensured the visitors took the points.
James Barker hammered a hat-trick in Carterton Rangers’ 9-0 thrashing of Brize Norton Res in Division 3.
Andrew Stone and Stefan Read bagged doubles for the hosts, with Jon Dover and Ed Smith wrapping up the rout.
Craig Isle grabbed a four-timer in Carterton B’s 6-0 drubbing of Spartan Ran-gers Res. Ollie Bush and Lee Litton completed the romp. Ashley Scearce hit a hat-trick in Middle Barton’s 3-0 win over Bourton Rovers in the Fred Ford Cup first round.
John Holden was another hat-trick hero as Wootton beat Wychwood 3-1. Ben Powel netted for Wychwood.
