Reece Bayliss was also on target for Chippy, with Lloyd Lewis replying.
Charlbury Town won 3-1 against Bardwell, with goals from Sean Gilbert, Craig McCallum and Tom Sharpe.
Chalgrove battled to a 3-2 extra-time win at Spartan Rangers.
The visitors took the lead midway through the first half with a cool finish from Simon Godfrey.
Rangers hit back through John Clarke and Jamie Reeves to lead 2-1.
Godfrey levelled after the break with his second via a penalty to ensure extra-time where a Nick Skiller strike won it for Chalgrove.
James Ford bagged a brace for RT Harris Oxford City FA outfit Rose Hill as they won 2-1 at Witney FA Premier Division side Hanborough.
Ford opened his account from 12 yards, before completing his double with a neat finish.
Tom Weedon clawed one back just before the break, but Rose Hill held on for the win.
North Berks League side Berinsfield won 4-1 at Banbury & District Lord Jersey Division 1 outfit Bloxham thanks to Aaron Stockford, Dave Murphy, Ian Marshall and Brian Rawlings.
