FLORENCE Park eased into the semi-finals of the Oxford City FA’s County Junior League Cup with a 4-1 victory at home to Original Swan.

The hosts went 2-0 ahead through Jordan Marsh and Ryan Gibbons, before Neil Lockhart replied for Swan,

But goals from Callum Daniel and Scott Butler sealed Park’s place in the last four.

Joining them there will be Great Milton, who won 3-2 at home to East Oxford.

A brace from Thomas Landers and James Fox’s goal saw Milton home, while the visitors replied through James Bruce and George Daniel’s penalty.

In the league, Masons won 4-2 at home to Headington Butchers, after taking a 4-0 lead through Jacob Minton, Jordan Veale, Ellis Horwood’s penalty and a John Doyle strike. Nasir Khawaja netted both Headington’s goals.

Lewis Shoobridge scored for Chinnor A in their 1-1 draw at home to Thame United Churches, for whom Luke Callaghan netted.

Rutherford Steggall and Harry Dancer secured Oxford Brookes a 2-0 home victory against South Park Rangers.

A SECOND-HALF goal from James Trevitt gave leaders Cropredy a 1-0 victory at home to Heyford Athletic in the Oxfordshire Senior League Premier Division.

The only goal came on the hour, when Dan Reeves delivered a precise cross to Trevitt, who had peeled off his marker at the back post to head home.

In the 85th minute, Heyford were denied an equaliser when Kurt Fox deflected Kieran Chambers’s header over the bar.

Freeland kept up the pressure on Cropredy with a 2-0 home victory over OUP.

The home side went close after ten minutes, when Eddie Parker smashed the crossbar from a strike form 25 yards.

Freeland broke the deadlock before half-time when striker Danny Taylor hit an unstoppable shot from the edge of the box into the roof of the net.

Freeland doubled their lead after the break when Stuart Hole was quickest to react at a Tom Parker corner, with the defender smashing the ball home at the back post.
