ANDY McCabe hit a late winner as Chipping Norton Town scraped past local rivals Middle Barton 2-1 in the third round of the John Fathers Oxfordshire Junior Shield.

John Umney appeared to have sent the tie into extra time after cancelling out Aaron Witham’s opener, but McCabe struck late on to end their hopes of an upset.
