THEO Sturgis struck a second-half hat-trick as Summertown Stars pulled back a two-goal deficit to win 3-2 at home to Masons Arms in the Oxford City FA Premier Division.

Chris Fruin and Jordan Veale had put the struggling visitors in front, but Sturgis responded emphatically after the break to win it for Stars.

Ben Dryer pulled off a similar feat for St Ebbes Headington, striking three times in 15 first-half minutes to help them to a 3-2 victory at Wheatley Youth.

Henry Bone and Ollie Creed responded for the hosts, who could not force an equaliser.
