SUMMERTOWN Stars edged past Wheatley Youth 4-3 in the semi-finals of the Oxford City FA Premier Challenge Cup.
Charles Appiah and Moyo Obe fired Stars into a 2-1 lead.
Theo Sturgis made it 3-1, but the visitors replied.
With time running out, Adam Martin came off the bench to score Stars’ fourth with almost his first touch.
Wheatley once again replied, but Summertown’s one-goal lead proved enough.
They will be joined in the final by Chequers who beat Zubry 7-4.
In the Doug Hobbs/Supplementary Cup, Tim Small’s hat-trick was in vain as North Oxford Conservative Club beat Masons Arms 6-3.
North Oxford’s scorers were Damon Spires, Steven Doyle, Kyle Perry, Kyle Pullin, Damar Jules and Lyndon Cowles.
