DAN Sweeney fired a five-timer as Charlton battled back to win 5-1 at Division 1’s new basement boys Northway.

Kyle Pullen put Northway ahead, but Sweeney then took centre stage.

North Oxford climbed off the bottom after beating Yarnton 3-0 for their first win of the season.

Luke Trotman, Dominic Bruno and Sidiq Hamis did the damage.

Stonesfield Res came out on top 4-3 against Oxford University Press Res in the battle of the Division 2 strugglers.

There was never more than a goal in it until Nick Clarke put Stonesfield 4-2 up.

James Clarke, Dom White and Louis Stayte completed their tally. Josh Haynes, Shaun Berry and Nolan Aselford replied for OUP.

Braces from Matt Zequiri and Steve Kyrie helped Mansfield Road Res to a 6-2 victory at Adderbury Park Res in Division 2.

Kyle Forbes and Louis Winkworth put Adderbury 2-0 ahead before Mansfield, whose other scorers were Alex Lemnah and Paul Davies, fought back in style.

Laurence Caro netted twice as Broughton & North Newington Res won 3-1 at Watlington Res in Division 3.

Keith Woolfson put Watlington ahead after latching on to Tommy King’s through ball.

But Broughton hit back strongly, with Radek Pajeski scoring their other goal.
