Kye Franklin scored the only goal to see off their higher league opponents.
East Hendred went down 3-1 in their quarter final tie against Division 1 Kintbury Rangers.
Charlie Allsop scored two alongside a Joe Cummuskey effort, with Shane McGowran netting in vain for Hendred.
