Jack Morton’s four goal haul was overshadowed by two sendings off as Ducklington defeated Witney Royals 4-1 away from home in the Premier Division.

Royals’ Jack Kennedy saw red for a bad tackle on Ducklington’s Guy Simmonds, who himself was then dismissed by referee Paul Coles for retaliation.

Ducklington have games in hand over the top two and haven’t given up the title chase after Morton’s super blast saw them home. Gary Nicholson hit back for the hosts.

Chipping Norton Town displayed their title credentials with a 5-3 win at Carterton Town A.

The goals were shared equally among Rhys-Warner-Carter, Reece Bayliss, Gary Smith, Mark Corbett and Warwick Thompkins. Jack Mills (2) and Lee Moseley were on target for the home side.

With two games in hand and only two points behind the leaders, West Witney find themselves within striking distance following a 4-1 win over Charlbury Town.

Craig McCallum scored for the hosts but goals from Karl Dodds, Wayne Moscrop, Dave Craig and Carl Williams settled it.

Hailey moved into fourth place after a 2-0 success at Hanborough, courtesy of goals from Luke Manning and Harvey Butler.

Division 1 leaders Hailey Res dropped two valuable points after they were  held to a 1-1 home draw by Carterton Pumas.

Steve Holder scored for the hosts with Ryan Jones levelling for Pumas.
Hailey’s slip means Bourton Rovers are just four points behind with two games in hand after they toppled North Leigh 6-0 at home.

Sam Mattock (2), Craig Gilson, Phil Colmer, Matt Winter and Silus Orr all scored.

Third-placed Brize Norton enjoyed a 3-0 win at Freeland. Pawel Bronk (2) and Oliver Hawkins both scored.

Hanborough Res remain rooted to the bottom after a 2-0 loss at FC Nomads.

The points were shared at Kingham where the hosts drew 1-1 with Spartan Rangers. Gareth Price and Josh Grant scored respectively.

Spartan Rangers Res showed no mercy to  an under-strength Kingham Res as they smashed 18 past the visitors in Division 3.

Jason King was the star man, banging in a double hat-trick.
Paul Saunders and Ben Hardcastle added to the rout, each picking up trebles themselves.

Steve Wright (2), Joel Spalding, Rob Marchbank, Neal Jackson and Charlie Harper were also on the scoresheet.

Carterton Town B increased their lead at the top with a 6-0 victory at Brize Norton Res.

John Smales, and Craig Isle each bagged a  brace with Lee Linton and Dan Sollis completing their tally.

A goal from Lee Haynes secured all three points for Middle Barton in their 1-0 mid-table success away to Chipping Norton Town Res.

Wootton increased Ducklington A’s relegation worries after handing out a 4-0 mauling to the visitors.

Charlie Bough (2), Mark Rawlings and Graham Berry were all on target in the win.

Combe closed the gap on Kirtlington to just a point at the top of Division 2.
Roger Moss, Pete Searle, Sam Hibbard and Simon Baker all scored in their side’s 4-0 home win over Witney Wanderers.

Combe however, have three games in hand on the leaders.

Josh Hartley, Aidan Ford and Brad Olive  scored in Ducklington Res’ 3-1 home victory against Bampton Town. Tom Coppinger pulled one back for Bampton.

Ashley Overton scored  a treble in Finstock’s 4-0 away success over FC Mills. Lee Travers scored the fourth.

Tower Hill increased their lead at the top to five points with a 4-0 win at Chadlington Res.  

Conor Tinsley, Joe Brown, Ian Wright and Jamie Goodwin netted.

Spartan Rangers A boosted Tower Hill by defeating second-placed Corinthians 3-2.

Martin Edwards, Tom Merchant and Henry Macke scored the goals for the home side, with Frank Webb and Dan Smith replying.

Eynsham SSC Res moved into third courtesy of a 2-1 triumph over Milton. Lee Parsons and Kev Webb were on target for the hosts with Pip Benfield notching for Milton.

FC Hollybush Res from Division 4 despatched Bourton Rovers Res 9-1 in their Supplementary Cup second-round clash.

Dave Cooper hit five goals, complemented by a brace from Kevin Davies. Jorge Granja and Mark Hamilton also netted.
