FAIRVIEW turned on the style to see off Masons Arms 6-2 in the Oxford City FA's County Junior League Cup.
All eight goals came in the second half of a cracking tie.
The first period was very even, but Fairview assumed control in the second.
Braces from Sid Mobbs, Robert Macmahon and a strike from Aidan Conroy was topped off by a 40-yard free-kick from Laurie Crawford.
Adam O’Brien and Ellis Horwood replied for Masons.
The George (Littlemore) won 13-2 at home to Barton United.
George had three hat-trick heroes in Keith Coleman, Ricky Anderson and Andy Paine, while Jack Stuart bagged a brace.
Steve Langridge and Micheal Truby scored one apeice.
Barton’s consolation goals came from Matt White and Leighton Moss.
