Bicester had their manager and three players sent off, but still managed to hold on for a draw in Division 1 West (UHL Sport Hellenic league).

The game erupted on the hour when Bicester boss Chris Hurley and goalkeeper Jeff Simmonds were sent off for remarks made to officials.

Letcombe took advantage when Mark Brind scored with a header to equalise a first-half goal for Bicester from Charles Kimbangi.

In the last five minutes, Bicester were reduced to eight men as two more players – Craig Pitson and Daryl Harris – were sent off for second cautions.

Although Letcombe, missing leading scorer Pete Horswell through injury, created chances, they failed to take them.

Afterwards, police were called following an incident in the dressing rooms.

A stuttering Headington drop-ped their first points of the season in their tenth game as Hook Norton produced a performance that belied their lowly league position.

Luke Cuff, racing onto Jamie McCuaig's pass, put Headington ahead after just 40 seconds.

Hooky’s equaliser came in the first minute of the second half from Danny Poole.

Jamie McCuaig restored Headington’s lead on the hour, but the visitors’ skipper Joe Davies made it 2-2 in the 70th minute, when heading home from a disputed corner.

Launton 1 (Lisseter 7)

Tytherington 2 (Taylor 37, 50)

Following an hour’s delay due to Tytherington Rocks being delayed in traffic, the match was reduced to 30 minutes each way – even then it finished in very gloomy conditions.

Paul Lisseter put Launton ahead with a spectacular goal after seven minutes.

Marcus Taylor equalised for Ttytherington seven minutes into the second half, before striking a quality winning goal ten minutes from time.

Kidlington 2 (Williams 24, Quainton 77)

Because of injuries, Kidlington boss Gordon Geary shuffled his pack, but still came up trumps as his team won at Ascot to stay third in the Premier Division.

Kidlington had several players missing, including top scorer Jimmy Deabill (suspension) and central defenders Danny Mason and Brad Chalmers, who are out with long-term injuries.

Lance Williams gave them the lead midway through the first half.

It was no surprise when Jack Quainton added a second in the second half.

Ardley Utd 4 (Wickens 33, Bone 34, Concannon 70, Bridges 75)

Leaders Ardley stay two points clear after a one-sided trouncing of lowly Pegasus.

It took Ardley more than 30 minutes to break the deadlock, when Murray Nicholls’s corner was flicked on by Ben Milner for Gary Wickens to bundle it into the net.

A minute laterDanny Bone doubled the score from a through ball from Stuart Bridges.

Ian Concannon, who had comes as a second-half substitute for Wickens, coolly slotted the third from Troy Brian’s pass.

A few minutes later, Nicholls set up the fourth for Stuart Bridges. and coolly slotted it away for Ardley’s third.
