A FURIOUS first-half goal blitz gave Banbury United a 4-1 win at Cirencester, keeping them close to the play-offs in the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division.
Braces for both Conor McDonagh and Darius Browne put United in command.
Browne headed Banbury into the lead from a 12th-minute corner.
Three minutes later it was 2-0 when McDonagh tapped home following a poor back pass from former Banbury triallist Ben Brown.
Zach McEachran set up the next two goals for McDonagh and Browne in the19th and 35th minutes.
Substitute Jason Milhench pulled back a goal for the hosts in a quiet second half.
