NORTH Leigh manager Mark Gee is targeting a strong end to the season – despite their Evo-Stik Southern League Division 1 South & West playoff hopes being over.

A depleted Millers side shocked Oxford United 3-2 on Tuesday to reach the Oxfordshire Senior Cup final and Gee hopes to build on that with a win at AFC Totton tomorrow.

“We approached the game with trepidation, but I thought we matched their players and were worthy winners,” said Gee.

“We’ve had a pretty good season and want to go out on a high.”
