Banbury United boss Paul Davis plans to change his side’s approach following a miserable run of eight league games without a win.
The Puritans are bottom of the Evo-Stik Southern League Premier Division, but Davis has promised more attacking football, starting with tomorrow’s trip to Histon.
“We changed it after the Hereford game to be more defensive and it hasn’t really worked, to be honest, so we’re going to go back to just trying to outscore the opposition,” he said.
“It means we’ll lose games 4-0, but we’ll also win some 4-0.

“What we haven’t got is ten players who can sit behind the ball and grind out results by snatching the odd goal. We have got pace and we’ve got goals.
“I want the boys to enjoy their football and no one is enjoying it at the moment.”
Tom Ryan misses out as he serves the second match of a three-game suspension.
