Oxford City hit with points deduction

Oxford Mail: Oxford City hit with points deduction Oxford City hit with points deduction

Oxford City have been informed by the Conference they will be deducted three points for fielding an ineligible player.

The club confirmed on their Facebook page it had come about due to "an administration error".

It will come as a big blow for City's hopes of avoiding relegation in Skrill North. Already in the drop zone, the deduction would see Mike Ford's side drop to second bottom, seven points from safety.

So much for his bragging about us being in The Football League in a few years. Did he buy the club to run it down and redevelop the land at a massive profit.

Guerriero did not "buy the club", Private Eye, he acquired a 49% stake in it. I don't know HOW he came to acquire 49%, but that is another matter.
He can't develop the land because it is owned by Oxford City Council.
As far as I can tell, Thomas Guerriero doesn't OWN anything except a good line in bulls**t.
