FORMER Oxford City player Ray Hagar has died at the age of 91.
A policeman, Hagar was a prolific marksman for City in the 1940s, scoring 67 goals in 62 appearances between 1940 and 1949.
He went on to play for Thame United and was still playing into his 50s with the police.
He also featured for Chipping Norton and represented Oxfordshire during his footballing career.
His funeral is today at Oxford Crematorium at 12.45pm.
