North Leigh showed just why they are Evo-Stik Southern League Division 1 South & West’s leading goalscorers with a devastating display at Hungerford.

Despite being out of the race for a play-off place, Mark Gee’s side were 4-0 ahead at half-time after giving the home side a lesson in slick passing and clinical finishing.

The Millers went ahead in the 19th minute when Elliott Osborne-Ricketts fired home from ten yards.

Tom Franklin doubled the lead three minutes later, heading home a Kieran Sanders free-kick.

Brian Bowles curled in No 3 in the 26th minute as the visitors took complete control.

North Leigh keeper Sam Warrell pulled off a great double save to preserve the lead, and three minutes before the break it was 4-0 when Stuart Hole fired in from 30 yards.

Joe McClennen pulled one back at the start of the second half for the hosts, but Morgan Williams restored the four-goal lead.

Matt Pedder and an own goal from Andy Caton made it 5-3, but Hole’s header five minutes from time sealed an impressive victory.
