Tom Craddock drilled in a winner five minutes from time to earn Oxford United a 2-1 win at Aldershot.
An Anthony Charles own goal after eight minutes put United in front.
Aldershot equalised on 76 minutes through Luke Guttridge, but Craddock restored the U's lead after excellent work from James Constable and Steve Maclean.
It was United's third successive away win.
