CHEY Dunkley and Joe Skarz could both feature for Oxford United at Scunthorpe United this weekend.
There were concerns when Dunkley limped out of Tuesday's 1-0 win against Gillingham with a hamstring injury.
Skarz missed the midweek game after sustaining concussion following a clash of heads with Dunkley during Saturday's 4-1 victory over Coventry City.
But U's head coach Michael Appleton is not ruling either out yet for the visit to the Sky Bet League One leaders.
He said: "I think they’re both 50/50 at the minute.
"As daft as it sounds, Chey is probably the more likely to be ready for the game.
"The assessment afterwards showed it was a tightness issue rather than a tweak.
"With Skarzy we’re following every protocol and ticking every box to try and make him available for Saturday.
"Today will be a big day for him and tomorrow we’ll get more of an indication just in case there’s any reaction."
