KIDLINGTON manager Martin Wilkinson says he is pleased with the FA Vase quarter-final draw away to either Ipswich Wanderers or Essex side Bowers & Pitsea, despite his side facing another long trip.
The Greens will travel to the winners of Saturday’s fifth-round clash following a 2-1 win at Cleethorpes Town on Saturday, with the quarter-final tie set for February 20.
“I think it’s a favourable draw, to be honest,” said Wilkinson. “It’s winnable and that’s all you can ask for.
“We had the same logistical problems in the last round away to Cleethorpes and we came through that okay, so I’m confident we can do it again.”
