JOSH Dutton-Black scored the only goal of the game as Didcot Town beat Mangotsfield 1-0 last night.

The midfielder struck in the 61st minute to give the Railwaymen a narrow victory in the Evo-Stik Southern League Division 1 South & West clash.

The win saw Didcot climb to 15th place in the table, but with plenty of games in hand after their exploits in the Emirates FA Cup.

On Monday night, Banbury United moved up to fourth after an impressive 5-0 victory over ten-man Burnham.

A hat-trick from Ricky Johnson and two goals from Duran Martin sealed an impressive success for Mike Ford’s side.

Martin opened the scoring on 34 seconds, and Banbury doubled the lead on 26 minutes when Alex Dimitrijevic was sent off for a professional foul on Leam Howards, Johnson netting the spot-kick.

Johnson made it 3-0 seven minutes before half-time, and completed his hat-trick on 65 minutes.

Martin completed the scoring 11 minutes from time.

Meanwhile, North Leigh will go top of the table if they win at Slimbridge tonight.
