THE latest weapon in the fight against speeding drivers will be
launched by police in the Highlands this week. But speedsters will not
be aware they have been ''clocked'' until a letter arrives demanding a
fixed penalty fine or a court appearance. The equipment will be used
between Drumochter and Dornoch Bridge on the A9.
